What happens when you delete your account?
- Your account access will be removed.
- Your PDOS applications, inquiries, AI chat sessions, sent messages, seafarer records, and related personal service data will be deleted.
- Messages received by other participants may remain in their records only where required to preserve conversation integrity or meet legal obligations.
